They did this thing on Myth Busters last night where they were trying to find out if it was really possible to throw a card hard enough that it would penetrate the skin and kill someone. And the dork in me just had to blurt out "well Gambit from X-Men probably could," which was met with shocked "omg loser" faces from my roommate and 2 friends.

Yeah they used to be REAL cheesy man, before they got younger writers who didn't try to explain everything in every issue...prime example being stuff with Cyclops like "I better not take my glasses off, my optic blast, which is my mutant power, would be uncontrollable!"
