The Tuesday usual after work.
Legs/lower back. 400 calorie burn on the tread/elliptical. 1-2 hours of basketball.
Yesterday was the Monday usual after work.
Core, arms, chest, upper back. 600 calorie burn on the tread/elliptical. Light shoot around of basketball.

I did 90 minutes on the second highest setting of my elliptical yesterday.
That's the longest I have ever gone and I am TIRED today but I gotta get back on the elliptical again tonight.
Oh and I also cleaned for 2.5 hours which is no small task.

Should I increase my workout time? I stay 45 mins on cardio and an hour on resistance training. Resistance training is twice a week meanwhile cardio is four times a week.
I typically burn 500 calories on cardio days, no idea on strength training days...
