^ The most exciting thing about that Hound figure is that the Ravage cassette is supposedly able to fit in 80's Soundwave's chest. That and the only reason the two are packaged together is because of one scene from the old TV series, which is kinda cool.

1 each Swoop, EG Bumblebee, and Sentinel Prime left at Apex Kohl's off of 64/55. Were "on sale" for $11 each. I'd had a hard time finding these guys, so if you're lookin' for 'em, there ya go. Might wanna hurry though, I posted that sighting on TFW as well, haha.

Cannot wait to get Animated Ultra Magnus. Someone got one in Asheville today. Hopefully they're in Raleigh when I get paid again next week. Or I'll just use my roommates' power bill money for him haha. (j/k roommates).

Cannot wait even more to get my damn Classics Magnus upgrade set.

Alternators Shockblast is on his way to me from Britain (finally got one for ~ $20), and the Seacons and Nightbeat from the club come out soon as well.

Finally, if you are given the choice of only Stormcloud or Powerglide, Stormcloud wins.

^ yeah, they're pretty handy for finding stuff, you just usually have to pay a little more. They're where I got an Arcee during last year's Movie-era.

and you can still preorder city commander! If you have the money DO IT! I would get two if I could and repaint one into Powered Convoy. Hmm, maybe I could....

EDIT: Got my new TFCC magazine today. They revealed some new stuff. I can't post pictures online though.

Universe Dinobot (deluxe): Very disappointing. The original figure was pretty bad, and ten years later, the retry is pretty bad too.

Universe Armada Hot Shot (deluxe): As the one person that loves Armada to death, I'm thrilled. 80,000 times better than the original. I hope he comes with a Star Saber.

Legends series: Cosmos, who you can find pics of online, as well as Wheelie, who still sucks, Warpath, who looks really cool, and Hot Rod, which makes no sense.

Some new Robot Heroes revealed but the only one worth mentioning is Laserbeak, who looks extremely lol

EDIT 2: Also, they were going to do Bludgeon in Universe but didn't because they didn't feel another Tankformer was necessary. "On hold... for now." And there will be "a little tribute to Victory that will be out in the later half of 2009", but nothing else is planned in Universe relating to Headmasters, Masterforce, etc.

And the Botcon set is planned and already in production.

I saw some of the new universe and animated at Townridge WalMart off of Glenwood. They had Ironhide, silverstreak, and Sideswipe from Universe and Swoop and Sentinel Prime from Animated.

I am starting to realize that Beast Wars may very well be near the top of the heap if you rate Transformers lines on "creativity". That is, "not G1 done over again".

This based on my acquisition of Longrack from Beast Wars Neo, and a slew of other Beast Wars things yesterday (TM Scavenger, TM2 Scarem, Sky Shadow, JBW Archadis, etc.). Need to get Break, Lio Convoy, and some other Beast Wars Neo stuff for sure.

I want to go to Botcon but that shit is in PASADENA FUCKING CALIFORNIA It's going to take a miracle of self-control spending wise and the condition of having this temporary raise last another couple months for me to afford $400 in reg. fees, $500 on a 'Botcon' hotel, $who knows on a plane ticket, at least $Texas on Transformers at the show, and another couple hundred in travel costs like food.

Or I could just sell crack to the kids. I gotta get paid. That's the way it is.

I just found Blurr today. Since I haven't watched minute 1 of Animated, I had resigned myself to not get any of the toys either. Well... that didn't work out so well with Blurr. His car mode is just too sleek to pass up. Does the same guy (John Moschitta, is it?) who did his voice in G1 still do it on Animated?

Still haven't found Cyclonus yet. I had hoped that I might get him at the toy show at the State Fairgrounds today, but noooooooo. Transformers always seem to have a rather dismal turnout at these. One of my buddies does a kickass job covering GI Joe and Star Wars things, so I spent a ton of money on that instead.

So what's the deal with the "TFC-004 Gear of War" things which I see on TFW2005? How much are they, when are they coming out, and how would I get them? The addons for Inferno turn him into a must-buy for me.

For the Superion and Bruticus sets, I would say around March.

Because I am bored - my thoughts on your wishlist



Targetmaster Hotrod with Firebolt - Can see it being done, just repack Classics Hotrod with a repaint of Cyclonus' Targetmaster buddy.

Wheeljack - I'd approve. Not sure if it'd sell though, Hasbro would likely base the profitability of him on sales of Energon/Universe Downshift.

Red Alert - Henkei one coming, Hasbro one nearly certain at some point.

Brawn - Though they were doing him as a legends class?

Blitzwing - I'd like to see it, though as a voyager. We'll probably only get it if he's no longer a prominent decepticon in animated though.

Thundercracker - Not gonna happen for mass release or it would have instead of Acid Storm/SS redeco. Buy the Henkei one. Or my Botcon one for $Texas (j/k, its not for sale)

I'm not sure the individual parts of that Devastator toy pictured have robot modes. Looks like they will also be available in deluxe and voyager but will not form Devastator.

I found Inferno yesterday at Durham Wal-Mart. He is awesome.

On the movie contructicons, they will be out in 2 different forms. One has individual vehicles that transform to their robot forms. Second, all 6 (or 7) vehicles in one pack that merge into Devastator but those vehicles don't transform to robots. The constructicon pack is $100.
