ECU is a good team and this is a good win.

I went to the game and it was funny how they kept showing highlight reels of old ECU wins over State and when they would bring older alumni and coaches on the field during breaks they would make sure to mention if ECU beat State that year. It was full-on short man complex being played out by ECU.

Oh and the insults from the ECU fans of "Nice job getting your first win over a D-1 opponent" is actually more insulting to your team than the people you are saying it to.

i've gotta say, the overall noise level for the whole game is nothing close to NC State @ home

it did get decently loud after huge plays and touchdowns, but it really wasn't that loud. especially for such a big rival being in town


even our season ticket holders on the press box side will make noise and at least cheer after plays.. their side with all the older people made no noise at all except when they got the yellow/purple or whatever chants going, which was about the only thing that was loud

evans was pretty incredible, especially the TD passes, all beautiful.

it's like he and eugene had a telepathic mental connection on the last TD, the ball was thrown when eugene was on the 15 yard line.

i hate i wasn't there, listened to a decent bit on the radio till i had to head out for a concert. it sounded like Evans really did have a good game today overall, and i honestly hate to call that 'interception' on him, especially a bobbled ball. i liked what i heard about our D as well, seems the bye week helped them all be healthy and together finally this season

we were walking around before the game and a number of fans invited us over for a few beers, and even after the game they were nice too. out downtown after the game last night they were still nice
