Out shooting percentage was so low because we didn't pass out of the post and were trying to go against double and triple teams. It was so high in the second half because they backed off. Otherwise, probably would have been around 45% if UNC were still trying.

I don't know why alot of you are surprised by this.

Last year, we were barely an NIT team. If not for our ACC tournament run, we may not have made it TO THE NIT. We looked lost without Atsur last year, what did you think was going to happen this year?
If you can't replace your one leader on the floor, you're screwed. Degand did a fair enough job before he got hurt but now we're just lost without him. Since he's been injured, we've trailed Presbyterian and Western Carolina at halftime and made NC Central look good defensively, all AT HOME. We're barely better than those teams which means we're probably the worst team in the ACC. This is how our team looked like around this time of year last year and Sid had them ballin by tournament time. Maybe he can work that magic again but without a PG, I dont see it. I won't call for his head until after the season is over.

I just don't buy that losing Atsur is justification for this shit. UNC loses 5 players including their point guard, and makes the second round of the NCAA tournament with Hansbrough and Bobby fucking Frasor. We're telling me we're in worse shape personnel wise than that team? No way. I know, Sidney Lowe isn't Roy Williams and I don't expect him to be.
