2 scones that I made, a bit of organic strawberry jam, Lavazza crema e gusto espresso with foamed lowfat milk (none of that automatic stuff; I've got stovetop equipment I use), and a sliced apple

Bell pepper, squash and parmesan omelet... Paired with black tea and pumpkin spice cream
