They had two full sections of sidewalk blocked when I went through. The main trail by the picnic tables and also the little section from the parking lot to the picnic tables. They seemed really oblivious to me.

i thought it was athens at first since its right across the street. it would make the most sense but i saw some students with leesville tshirts on so i dunno. they were annoying and need to get off the sidewalk if they're just hanging around. they're worse than people who will walk 3-4 people across and take up the entire pathway and then not move over when you're trying to run past them. 3/16/2010 2:21:07 PM |

i've let myself get a little too comfortable this past hibernation season and the lbs. just aren't coming off as easy as they used to. i exercise regularly and eat pretty healthy but i think my portion sizes are what's killin me. any suggestions on lean filling foods (esp for dinner after workouts)? i know oatmeal and nuts are good for this but i can only eat so much of those things haha 3/16/2010 7:43:51 PM |

I'm planning on 1500 calories total consumption. I'm going to take a very different approach to weight loss this time, by cutting back on the amount of cardio I do and focusing more on lifting, albeit with reduced length workouts.3/16/2010 8:01:25 PM |
