I put all my weight on one foot and sort of plant the other toe in the ground and point my knee in a bit. And I cock my head to the right. Whenever I realize I am doing it I try to stop because I know it looks weird. But I still find myself doing it every time.

you know when people say things out of concern and its not like they're trying to be mean at all or negative or upset you but it still does? that is how i feel right now.

i've had 3 people today tell me that i looked exhausted and 1 person tell me they are worried about my stress and need to make a doctors appointment. i mean gosh i don't think i look that horrible and i feel like my stress, especially for me the ultimate stress queen, is at a low.

maybe i'm just used to not seeing people for days and weeks at a time and now that i'm out and about people notice?

i don't know what to do to fix it. so, sorry for looking exhausted everyone. my b.

I thought about getting some, but she doesn't take pills often enough to really warrant buying those (other than the occasional benadryl on a trip for a sedative, this is the first time since she was very little that she's had to have medicine). She's good w/ the heartworm pill (thinks it's a treat), and that's the only other time I would consider using it if needed.

I read somewhere that crying is a form of tension relief, so maybe that is why I just want to cry. I haven't really been very emotional lately, so maybe it's my body just pushing me back into emotions.
