I get my emails from work while I am on vacation (so I dont have a zillion to go through), I was offered OT again, up to 24hrs, will probably sign up for it on Monday....because after the 9/30 when the new fiscal year starts, the OT will be a thing of the past......

A fond memory from my childhood is that my parents' left the walls in one room of the house (the TV room) free of wall paper so that we could write on them and do whatever and get out those tendencies kids have to write on things (or just to let us be artistic, who knows).

Then, after a few years, they put up wallpaper. This room was on the 2nd floor of our house, so it wasn't one of the first things people would see. Either way, wherever you were to have such a room, if you could tell your kids "this and only this place is your space to cut loose," parents might be able to avoid such incidents.
