It always hurts to spend the money, but I love having my house clean and all of my laundry done.

Every time Lisa and Mary leave, I want to beg them to move in with me.

Do I check my bag or not when I go to NYC this weekend?

Does makeup count as liquids to go in the 3-1-1 container thing?

I'm asking cause I USUALLY check my bag so I never tried to follow this rule...but that was before extra $$ for checked bags, so I really don't want to this time around

I've never had issues with mascara... Only time I got in trouble was a full bottle of eye makeup remover... That my own fault

this reminded me i needed to order more makeup

i hate that. i hate spending $$ on makeup. luckily i don't wear a lot and it lasts forever but still. byebyebye bling.

i enjoy buying it if it is something fun. but i've stopped buying fun things cause i rarely use them, i just like the idea of them. so i'm buying boring stuff like mascara and concealer. not exciting.

I just bought more make-up today.
Neutrogena concealer and Neutrogena illuminator cheek powder and Leroc Visual effects mascara. I am glad I don't HAVE to wear a ton, I really hate make-up.

^^^^ yea i needed more concealer-ish stuff. i guess it is foundation, but not really. its super light more like a tinted moistureizer to just even my skin tone. and i got mascara, a sharpener and a free mascara cause i bought qualifying items. i got black and then for the free one i picked brown. i mean, might as well it was free.

i've started getting mark. makeup. i really like it and there are ALWAYS deals for free stuff or shipping

but if i ever need anything from the store (target) i def get neutrogena or almay...something that is gentle on skin.

lucky for you the weather should be getting much nicer here for the weekend. it's been pretty crappy for the past week. Nothing worse than being in the city with a million tourists on top of all this heat, humidity, and RAIN

LK i fly a lot and always do carry-on. concerning make up, i normally throw in my mascara and liquid concealer in my zip lock baggie but as long as the baggie lays flat and nothing in there is more than 4 ounces (like dont throw 8000 things in the bag), you're good to go. i've never had a problem and i travel about once a month now.

my suggestion is that you throw the baggie into your purse or whatever other carry on youre bringing (that you'll put under the seat in front of you) so when you go through security it's quick and easy. after i get through security, i throw the baggie into my suitcase.

normally when i travel, i have my suitcase (carry-on size) and then another shoulder bag that has my baggie, books/magazines, my laptop, my wallet, and my cell phone. it makes it easier for me since i have to take my laptop and the baggie out for security to keep that stuff together.

RDU security is pretty leniant. granted, i would like to say - it's a hassle to go through security with 60 flash drives in little boxes and 100 pens. they definitely look at you funny and go, "what's all this?!?!?!"

I'm always fascinated when people say they have to wear makeup.

What guidelines/internal standards make people feel they have to wear makeup? I never have.

well mascara makes my eyes look open and lashes dark and purty
blush gives color to my cheeks
tinted moisturizer evens skin tone and just gives a healthy glow

i guess i don't have to but i def look better with that little bit on than without.

other people are just lucky i guess to not need it/feel like they need it

also mine has SPF 15 in it, which is a bonus

social standards... do you forget what country you live in?

while some women (like yourself apparently) don't have self confidence or body issues, which I commend. But the fact is that alot of women constantly compare themselves to not only what is around them, but also what is in the media.

also, bitches need to be looking good for me to be talking to them!

I won't lie that I'm sure it would make me look better, but I've never been at all interested. The few times I have worn it (always administered by someone else), it felt so icky. So I don't think I could stand it.

i only wear makeup when i want to look like a completely different person...

normally i look like a hobo or a troll

but i don't mind so much because it sorta gives people a relatively pleasant surprise to see me when i don't look like i just rolled out of bed
