1. i found a dead butterfly stuck in the front grill of my car the other day and it made me

2. i went to the butterfly living conservatory thing at the science museum downtown last week and it was super cool. all these butterflies from costa rica. they had SERIOUSLY intricate designs on their wings and some were HUGE. and they'd land on you! also there was a sloth in there too!

^ strain in this case would = torn. and only because i'm supposed to be running 13.1 miles in a race in < 2 weeks. and because i am supposed to be running for training until then. but right now it hurts to walk on (like 7 or 8 on a scale of 1-10. and my stupid ass dog pulled me inside ton on the leash and that made it a 10). i figure i'll make the appt for mid week. if it feels better w/ rest, anti inflamms, ice by then, i can always cancel it. no big deal.

yeah ditto on the wok. I need to get a new one here. I had a friend make me the BEST sandwich with some sauteed small pumpkin (not exactly sure if that's what it should be called), eggplant, some other stuff, fresh greens, and sourdough bread (she added some sauce-ishness, such as olive oil and a bit of lemon juice to the veggies). I think it had hummus or something else, too.
