i would be a paranoid wreck if i had them that often...

i usually have 1-2 a year...

the REALLY bad ones only happen maybe once every few years but they mess me up for a long time....

the scariest part to me is i sometimes hurt myself when i have them...or if i'm sleeping in the bed with somebody i hurt them...

and i rarely remember anything about it other than the completely panicked feeling i have when i finally wake up
