being from Louisiana and growing up on gumbo and other types of cajun/creole food....the Big Easy is not a good example of that type of cuisine...AT ALL.

I was highly disappointed when I ate there. I enjoy the bar and whatnot, but the food sucks (they do have a few good appetizers, but that's really hard to fuck up imo)
