parking on the 4th floor of the parking deck and taking the stairs has so far been very beneficial to my health. today i "ran" (i was in heels, so it was kind of a run) up the steps and wasn't winded at all

in a month I will start parking on the 5th floor!

oh, and it seems that I will be able to make it back to raleigh for my zumba class...so i'm going back to that too.

Samwise, you'll be fine. It just means that you've been exposed to TB. Not that uncommon in health care. They'll give you antibiotics to make sure that it doesn't turn into anything.

TB skin test interpretation:

For healthy people, test results where the swelling is greater than or equal to 15 mm is considered positive. The test will also count as positive if blisters are present. The measurements for a positive test drop for certain people. For example, diabetics and people with kidney disease only need 10 mm of induration to be considered TB positive. Five millimeters is considered a positive skin test result for patients who are immunocompromised. Induration of less than 2 mm, without blistering, is considered a negative skin test.
Redness is not measured or considered a factor when reading a TB test.
