I did curls and abs today, and then tanned.

It just happened to be that day of my 4 day split. it falls on a friday once a month.

damn it's nice out today. I walked around the lake for a while after doing a heavy leg workout. probably not my brightest decision, but at least I got to enjoy this weather.

that workout felt really good. I think I'm going to attempt 405 on the bench next week.

aint nothing wrong with cardio before lifts (people say lots of shit). i use to do it. well what i thought was cardio til i got off the treadmill and onto the street.

i never lifted like a mad man, so it never bothered me. i also didnt do cardio like a mad man either

ive never had a prob. of course im not in there to build max muscle or anything.

i know most everyone disagrees. hell im a running class at state. they require at least 8 hours difference if you gonna do it same day.

just lift really light weights of whatever you're about to do for your warmup, and then progress from there. there's no real reason to do cardio for a warmup.

^^yeah, the whole purpose of warming up is to pump additional blood to the muscle groups being exercised - not to get the heart rate up.

I have trouble using a clutch after a good leg workout. Driving home can be a little scary sometimes.
