^^yeah i like how one of the friends affidavits said that he wouldn't get her a car, yet she has that X5, and the others said that he wouldn't provide for her even the basic necessities, yet she had that x5. while the stories of the people who knew nancy were fairly consistent that doesn't imply correct. i'm sure we've all at least known situations where a relationship is on the brink of failure and one person begins to depict all sorts of issues and circumstances within their relationship, only to find that those were exaggerated and at times completely untrue. if she was really interested in her husband and trying to make things work i do not understand why she would have shared so much information with so many people, unless she was trying to make things look better for her case.

also, they always said he was distant at functions, maybe he didn't feel comfortable since his relationship with his wife was in shambles. many computer scientist are awkward in social events. that is not reason enough to say he can't have his children. its good to see who your real friends are.

Let me preface this by saying it's just a theory, because I have no desire to get sued by anyone over some soccer mom bullshit.

She was going out until 2AM all the time according to the affadavit. On one of the earlier pages, someone mentioned the culture that exists where housewives start whoring themselves out for money, and because their lives are "boring."

She had already admitted to cheating on Brad early on in the marriage. That's one strike against her as far as judgement. Honestly, if my wife was going out every night until 2AM, I would HAVE to beleive that she was cheating on me. There's no logical reason a Cary housewife would be out until 2AM unless she was sleeping with someone else.

Furthermore, who is to say that becuase Brad was "withholding money" (more likely trying to get his family back on the right track) that she wasn't going out into some sort of seedy underworld where she became indebted to some less-than-desirable type?

If she was doing anything like prostitution, or whatever, and she came up short to some criminal boyfriend, why wouldn't he kill her? Obviously he's gonna know all about her, and where she lives, because she owes him money. On the flip side, she's not going to tell Brad about her infidelities because she's trying to take him for half of his shit (as evidenced by her previous gold digging) and take his kids away, to boot.




That's just a theory, though.

Yeah, I kind of had a weird theory similar to that.

She starts seeing some rich, important, married guy, and she comes up with something to blackmail him for, like a hidden cam or a note or whatever. She extorts him for cash or whatever, he knows her routine, etc., and he offs her, knowing she probably hasn't told anyone about him. He probably knows about all the problems she is having and figures it will get pinned on the husband.
