he didn't get outsmarted rather he just declined to the challenge, which is almost just as bad. Karl Rove probably would have destroyed that poor girl. Bush is just being totally exposed as a terrible performer, and his track record at Florida ain't that great either, so, I really don't see the hype behind him.

Some good perspective for those of you who actually think (and want) Trump will win the Republican nomination. For a board that needs a lot of perspective:
Quote : | "Right now, he has 25 to 30 percent of the vote in polls among the roughly 25 percent of Americans who identify as Republican. (That’s something like 6 to 8 percent of the electorate overall, or about the same share of people who think the Apollo moon landings were faked.) " |

Also, missing the point. Trump is only a serious contender to people that want to see Trump win the republican nomination. So liberals, mostly.

Marco Rubio wants mosques as well as places where Muslims gather such as cafes, diners shut down. The Rhode Island Sen. Elaine Morgan wrote in an e-mail forwarded to her colleagues, to the effect refugees should be segregated in camps because “the Muslim religion and philosophy is to murder, rape and decapitate anyone who is non-Muslim.”" |

Some interesting stats there. Unsurprisingly, Trump supporters are dumb. Surprisingly (not really to me honestly), when it comes to Mexicans, the south is the least racist in terms of viewing them as "undesirable" (probably because all the blacks are in the south and they don't mind Mexicans).
White people and Republicans dislike immigrants at about the same rate or more as people with only a high school education, with all other groups liking immigrants more. Even still, a slim majority of whites have a pro-immigrant perspective.
Blacks as a group are more likely to be against immigration than democrats as a group (but still less likely than republicans), so i think there's some possibility for Republicans to peel away black voters, if they could fix the other anti-black tenants of their platform. 12/8/2015 1:51:30 AM |

^ wasn't there some controversy last time where they used a voice vote to keep Paul out by just saying the yelling went the other way? Hasn't the DNC changed rules to block people before? Seems like they could weasel something. Considering all the pundits now finally seem to have turned on trump, it'll be interesting how the polling shifts.
I did notice for the first time on Facebook, a "low information" person posting an anti trump meme. A Christian conservative friend posted an anti trump article "why Christins should denounce trump". So it seems average people from across the spectrum are now willing to denounce trump socially. 12/8/2015 10:51:05 AM |

‘Vacuous sloganeering, outright lies, fake hair’: White House launches unprecedented personal attack on Donald Trump, saying his call for a Muslim entry ban ‘disqualifies him from serving as president’
Quote : | "'Let me just step back and say that the Trump campaign for months now has had a dustbin-of-history-like quality to it. From the vacuous sloganeering to the outright lies, to even the fake hair, the whole carnival barker routine that we've seen for some time now.'
The president's spokesman said not only is Trump's rhetoric 'offensive,' it 'disqualifies him from serving as president.'
And it exempts any other Republican candidates for the Oval Office, too, who doesn't go back on their oath to support him if he wins the GOP nomination, he said.
'That in and of itself is disqualifying.' " |
