^^ I had a 6.5 year relationship that ended this past year. I only recently started putting myself out there and dating again. I can honestly say I was more nervous before my newest "first date" than any other one I'd ever had since it had been SOOOO long since I'd had one. I felt like a douche and a 14 year old again, but I suppose most people who haven't been in the situation of going so long between new first dates, have no idea of that feeling.

But once I actually got there and starting talking to her, I wasn't nervous at all.
