So, I know some of these stats are inflated by weak OOC play, but our ACC rotation should still be more balanced.

The hell he is. BC is a bad team, not a good team. There are no bright spots to getting beat by an ACC bottom feeder while looking completely lackadaisical on the road AGAIN just a few days after getting your ass beat by 51. It's not progress to continue to throw lazy passes, throw up terrible contested jumpers and play awful defense.

I suppose. I guess with an 18-game conference schedule I wouldn't expect 2 teams to play twice in their first 5 games, but oh well. They're fake ACC teams anyway.

Just for reference, here is each of Gottfried's class rankings: 2016 - 4th, 2015 - 60th (Only Kirk/Mav), 2014 - 18th, 2013 - 10th, 2012 - 11th.

So a top five class and three more in the teens. One weak class but only 2 signees. Doesn't include transfers which have benefited us very much as well. Clearly recruiting is not an issue at all. Also clearly not playing up to our talent levels. How many schools can post a line better than those five?

anya is the only player left form the 2013 class, abu only one from 2014, this years class rank based on 2 players that most evaluators didnt get to see much of (yurt/kapita)

2016 - only 89 but with one 5 star player, partially b/c their other classes stuck around

i would say the talent is close and you could make arguments either way, especially depending on how you place Yurt and Kapita. biggest diff would be most of our talent are frosh.

Are we really at the point that we are the worst team in the ACC with this roster? That's embarrassing.

Between players leaving early/grads/transfers(you know guys are gonna be like fuck this I'm gone) next year isn't looking good. This year should have been the year to show Gotts ability to build a real program but I don't see how the future looks promising at all.
