Aside from starting a job; having a regular timed breakfast, lunch, dinner and maybe snack; walking brina regularly every morning (by regularly I mean time and route); and taking the stairs down and up every day at work, I have not really altered my diet and lifestyle.

Could it be those things have played in to my losing weight?
Is it just a routine and better sleeping hours?
Is it drinking less during the week?
Is it just the 18 flights of stairs daily?

Whatever it is...it better not be a tapeworm!
