i need to not be so fat. on monday i'm going to jog. it hasn't been 6 weeks yet but eff that noise. i'm getting sick of no exercising when i was just getting back into exercising. but i'm scurred of the ripping. it really hurt and i don't want it to happen again. and i need to get my bike fixed so i can bike. and call the ymca to see if i'm still on the family membership so i can go swim and maybe go to the weight room to do the leg press.

and i've totally never heard of eastern michigan. whoops.
