Those girls are 4 sure fit and in shape, but for people working on their form, she basically does the three most common deadlift mistakes that people should avoid. Sorry for the double post, I have just basically nothing else to do at the moment.

1, the hyper-arched fish hook neck. Puts a ton of stress on the spine and is very uncomfortable.

2, pulling the weight up off the ground with an arch in the spine and then hyper extending the lower back at the end (the girl in the green shorts especially is pushing her lumbar out way too much). It is supposed to be a spine neutral exercise where the weight and shoulders move perfectly perpendicular to the ground so that the lower back is activated.

3, putting that kind of momentum into the deadlift makes it not a deadlift. She is basically doing an RDL. This is why weightlifters let the bar come to a complete stop at the bottom before going for a second lift.

They were staying at the hotel so I saw them a couple more times during breakfast and dinner again the following night and every time the group came in they stopped to say hello and ask how I was. I cringe to this day and still see the embarrassed look he gave me when I had my hand on his junk. Oh floor please swallow me."
