in other good news, my dad said he would pay for dog training classes for my dog!!! i was going to pay for them but he offered to help out, which is like the BEST news of all time since they're like $130. please god let this work. its a 7 week course and was recommended by several places so i hope it works. i'm scared though. i mean i know other people that have done it and their dog is like 2834029384703 more times well behaved than mine, even if they say "oh well she didn't get everything out of it"

as long as my dog comes when she's called and actually listen's when i say "no" i'll be pretty happy. it would be nice to get no jumping and some sit&stay action in there as well.

it is the next 7 weeks every monday, which will suck, but whatever. the only thing i'm worried about is whether or not she is even behaved enough to GO to the class. but since it is like a basic manners one and it advertises teaching your dog not to jump up on people, to behave around other people/dogs, not to bark incessantly, not to pull on the leash, etc, i'm assuming she is. she barely jumps on people and doesn't pull on the leash. she just does everything else wrong

i'm just excited cause if my dad pays for the first one then i can pay for a second one so she can get 2 and be a really good dog! the first one is basic and then for the second one i'm either going to do the off leash dog class (THIS is primarily where she needs help, she WILL.NOT.COME off a leash) or the advanced manners/AKC canine good citizen class.

yea. my dog and i are about to have some SERIOUS bonding time at doggy classes. for 7. weeks.

i spanked her so hard tonight that she is still moping on the futon by herself. but seriously, usually when you spank her she likes it. like she thinks it is fun and a game, so to get the point across you gotta do it hard WITH yelling. which usually i don't have the heart/patience to do. but this time she crossed the line.

lol. mollie NEVER meets me at the door, she's always in bed but mollie will make a face like she knows she did something bad (ears back, cute eyes, tail wagging ever so slightly), but she'll still wag her tail unless she gets yelled at or spanked. and even then she sometimes still thinks it is a game. i'm like listen bitch this is not a motherfucking game i am spanking you you are not supposed to like it!!

she looks really sad right now though. i want to cuddle her. she got food aggressive with the cat and i spanked her very hard. but she needs to stay in time out so...
