I like the way they tease and leave you hanging after every episode. I don't want them to "get on with it" and the whole show be over so fast.

Also, how are we to know that Ethan guy is really a native? Remember, Sawyer told the little boy that some people lie about their name.. Obviously that was a reference to himself (b/c we learned in an earlier episode his name really isn't Sawyer), but Ethan could be lying also, though I doubt it.

he read the comic book and the polar bear appeared, then last night he was playing backgammon or whatever that was and he always rolled what he wanted. i think that kid has a bigger role in the whole thing than anyone else. i guess that's why they haven't gone into his background too much yet...

i thought the series set too high a standard. but the writting has been top notch

the, acting, i mean, just look at the scene w/ charlie and the cpr, the acting of 'jack' is so superb, the look on his face when charlie starts to breath its so powerful....this guy can really act

this series probably will provide excellent entertainment for many years to come

giligan's island ran for like 2 seasons...

little attitude problem for no apparent reason = stress that comes along with leading a group of people who don't want to lead themselves but want to tell you how you should lead, and dealing with personal issues that no one else really knows about

the stuff with his dad really influences him and he doesn't want to make the same mistakes twice, especially if he can directly affect the outcome. his persistence in trying to do the right thing overtakes him skews his judgment to the situation at hand.
