there's a chopper in the NE corner of the map, sitting in the water along the coastline.

there's one at the top of a parking deck in LV. it's one of the northernmost casinos, and quite possibly the tallest one (IIRC). you drive up the parking deck forever, then find a few stairways.

there's also another at the airport in SF, i think in the SW corner.

oh really? i hopped the wall and stole a plane. then I found a helicopter over by the "golden gate bridge" and flew it, landed on top of the tall "downtown los santos" building, got the parachute, base jumped from the top of that building, went back to the top of it, flew the chopper to its max altitude, and then skydived from it.
