that can be the problem. try to sit straight back with the weight so that your legs go to parallel and your back is straight up and down. You'll probably have to back off on the weight you're using, but that's normal. 5/3/2006 9:00:25 PM |

I didn't hit it on the pull. I hit my shin setting it down. that's why it hurt so damn bad, because it caught the little bump of my shin splint and dug in.
