Imagine making the Champions League semis, and being worried about fucking Ajax in 2019. But it's a thing now due to results...and age.

I would feel a lot more confident about it if Spurs had a full squad of healthy players to select a team from, but at the moment we're playing with one hand tied behind our back because of injuries, and who knows about Sissoko now. If he pulled his groin that's probably him out for both legs and that's a massive blow.

Out next game on yellow cards, so he'll at least be in the second leg vs. Ajax.

Kind of glad the first leg is at home since he's out. At least when he does come back and start banging them in again it will be away goals.

Match of the year, incredible drama.

So does Spurs put more into the Semi's, knowing that its possible that Kane would be fit by the 6/1 final in Madrid? Or are they going to focus on securing top 4 in the EPL?

538 has both mathchups as coin flips, but of course puts the Pool Barca winner as favorite for the title

Btw the important thing thing to remember is that if Spurs make the final it's only bc they avoided playing anyone good

So guess our Europa league final wasn't that easy of a match eh.

Spurs have to go all out for the CL. They should finish comfortably in the top 4 anyway. Even if they don't they still have to go all out for the CL. Its not even a question because they have never been closer before. Really hoping for an Ajax v Barca final though with Ajax winning the lot.

I had fucking Anfield Barca hospitality tickets in my cart on the payment screen 3 separate times today and it kept giving me an error when I clicked submit. I was on hold for 90 minutes and when it finally rang through, I got hung up on. Literally spent 4 hours at work today refreshing the page trying to load a page to buy tickets and never was successful.

4^ yeah Spurs always get a lucky draw. Like last year in CL they had the group of death with Real and Dortmund only to draw Juve in the round of 16...super easy there

Best way this turned out for united. City with no other commitments and Spurs have the CL to distract a bit too.

In the last month and a half Everton has beaten chelsea, Arsenal, Man U, and played Liverpool to a draw. Their only 2 losses in the span? To Newcastle (blowing a 2-0 lead) and to relegated Fulham 2-0. lol.

This is exactly why no one wants Tottenham to win. Show some respect for a player/manager that has won more trophies on an individual level than Tottenham has ever seen in their clubs history.

Win one match and all of sudden you think you are hot shit. Let me remind you that you haven't won shit despite United' worst 6 years and aren't going to win shit again. You are sitting 3 points ahead of this mediocre United team ran by a driver and it is your best season in your club history. Just goes to show the gulf in class and expectations. Lmao.

I think Ole could really earn his respect and stick it to Spurs by beating a great PL team. I'm thinking out loud here, but maybe a team like, say, Manchester city? I think it would even be ok if the game is at home. Seems silly I know, I just think a victory, or even a draw, in a situation like that would go a long way to towards respect for Ole.

lol. I mean Klopp called us out so I really hope we do lose honestly just to stick to his mind games. Would at least be nice to see Liverpool get 97 points and still not win the league. 2018/19 is looking to be the worst season I have ever experienced.

It's just typical of teams like Everton and Manchest United, when you don't have anything to play for, you have to bank on schadenfreude

lol as if you weren't happy about the Gerrard backpass to hand Chelsea the league? Or perhaps you weren't a fan back then? Its simple, Liverpool losing the league with the highest points tally ever would be great and I hope it happens.

Guess you weren't happy that United lost the league because Liverpool lost the game.... Or didn't know Liverpool football club actually existed back then.

I disappear when my team does well too

Is Man U fucked for the next couple of years? Stuck with OGS, now they hired his yes man who's only experience as technical director was for a bit in Australian league. These jabronis are charged with selling on the deadwood at a profit and somehow out-thinking the Real's, Barca's, and City's for the next gem in the market. I'm not so sure that's going to happen.

From the outside that feels like guys out of their depth at one of the biggest clubs in the world. I'm sure wazza will chime in and tell my why everything I said is wrong though.

I feel like I saw Liverpool moved into 2nd in revenue this year and is (maybe) working on a Nike deal.

^^Lots of hoping something like that happens it seems to me. Literally a month ago these “jabronies” were on a 13 match unbeaten run. Football just like your opinions is fickle and united unlike Tottenham don’t need to sell players for a profit.

Looks like you lapping up the media shit storm and I don’t blame you seeing as how your club is irrelevant in football to begin with.

The team that won't be in European competition at all next year (he hopes anyway) is relevant. The team that is in the CL semis and has the best chance to finish 3rd is irrelevant.

Relevant enough to need us to do you a favor. Luckily for us the rest of the top 4 is also wank so we may just help you out out of necessity.
