belly dancing gives you a good ab workout if I remember correctly and it is tons of fun. Spin class... not so much

I kind of like the pain spin puts me through because at the end I'm all WOOOOO I DID IT

but I did only 20 min of belly dancing (exercise TV) yesterday and it got me intrigued.. and it hurt so at least I know it's working

My best friend had an interview last Thursday and she had a seizure as soon as they started talking. They rescheduled the interview for today and an hour after she left they called and offered her the job.

Nope that was the 3rd seizure she had ever had in her life..and it had been 6 years since her last one. She was really stressed out about it though and she thinks that is what caused it.

Haha yeah...she was telling me today that maybe it's cause they felt sorry for her since she couldn't afford to go to the hospital afterwards since she didn't have any health insurance. So they figured they'd give her the job for the health insurance. Either that or she was just the best person for the job.
