Its a toss up...having a house I'd be out of cumberland county (taxes a shit ton cheaper), have a backyard, wouldn't have people above me, i'd save a ton of money on rent, and I'd have a backyard but I'd have a roommate. Having my apartment, I have no maintenance responsibilities, everything in it is my own (no roommates), I won't have to go through changing my address on everything and hurt my credit, i won't have to move, i've got a lake for fishing right behind me, but its expensive as shit and I don't really have a backyard where I can do what i want.
