starting back on my hardcore diet/workout routine. so today I got a salad from Arby's. it was ok. anyone have any recommendations on good fast food type places that have decent salads? Having the job that I do, lunch is the only meal that is hard on my diet since I am on the road a lot.

zaxbys has good salads

but they aren't good for you

i mean better than regular fast food. well i guess if you get the grilled chicken instead of buffalo, they're prolly aiiight

Where is there a Zaxby's in Greensboro? The only one I ever knew of was in Clemmons. I can eat just about anything in the salad except for croutons or breaded chicken.

And yeah, when I did this diet the last time I ended up eating like 5 Wendy's salads a week. They are good for the money

oh yea. greensboro doesn't have a zaxby's. i looked it up one time. bummer. well i don't think it does. i think there was one in clemmons and one in winston. sad

i guess wendy's it is?! chickfila has yummy salad and chicken wraps. but i don't know if those are better for you or not.

The Zaxby's in Clemmons was a customer of mine back in the day. I was out there the whole time they were building it. The owners bought the franchise rights for the entire Triad. I know he mentioned that he planned to open one in Greensboro, but from what he said the start-up cost on those things is really high. His goal was to try to open a new one every 3-5 years.

They redid them last year-ish

They're about the size of a Wendy's salad. I like them because the chicken is hot off the "grill" when you get it.

There's a Zaxby's near the Palladium Theater off Hwy 68 between Greensboro & High Point. Prolly a 5 minute drive from the Wal Mart area of Wendover.
