when i take peyton to petsmart, he hates the parking lot and the shopping carts, but if there are other dogs around, he is fine once he gets inside

I think if your dog will snap at people or piss/shit in the store, best to leave them at home


but if the store encourages you to bring them out, the socialization is good, and it can help you pick out toys your dog will like. I also would have had to make 5 trips to the store to get the right size muzzle for my dog had I not brought him (my 60lb dog apparently needs one for the likes of most 120lb range dogs )
