I'm thinking that I'll work straight through, get off at 3:30 or so and pick up a pizza for lunch on the way home to watch UConn... sounds like a plan.

can't decide if i should eat left over pizza (with onion, tomato, artichoke hearts, pepper, and spinach)

or make a delicious pressed sandwich with pretty much the same ingredients (fresh mozz cheese, roma tomatoes, spinach, artichoke hearts) and basil aioli and/or hummus.

i guess i should eat the pizza but i don't wanna.
