yeah see my gut feeling is that dallas/miami will split the next two games at Miami...

then Dallas will come back home for game 6 and take care of the series.


I just dont see dallas winning two games at miami, and miami isnt good enough to win both games at home either....

If you assume both games are 50/50 and they are independent (i know this assumption is a stretch) then there's a 75% chance they will split the next two games. Then Dallas will be at least a 70% favorite in game 6. so .75 x .7 = ~.5

So math says there's about a 50% chance of them winning the series in 6 games. And since i only need them to win the series in 6 games 33% of the time to break even, i like my position.

Of course, since i really NEED the money then i need them to win in 6 games 100% of the time.

Well, finally got out of that study this morning.
Won on Edmonton Game 6. Lost on Mavs last night in what might have been the biggest fix I've ever seen. NBA should be ashamed. Books made a killing and NBA gets much better chance at Game 7 as well as much more interest. Everyone wins, except integrity. Wade is a great player, but what a joke his early career is with all the help from refs. I've said that many times before. League wants him to be next Jordan.
I'd say most that played Dallas played the Moneyline. Most that played Miami layed 2 points. 1 pt win by Miami let books win BIG TIME.
Anyway, moving on, but that game was fixed. Wouldn't have been so obvious, but Heat played so bad most of game, and couldn't hit free throws. Dirk hits huge shot over Shaq and then they bail Wade out one last time off no contact. Disgraceful.

Took Canes tonight. Might play a little baseball, not sure.

Will prob. take Dallas ML in Game 6 and if possible, in Game 7 as well. I sure didn't expect to see Miami rout them in Game 4, but Dallas outplayed the hell out of them last night (w/o Stack) and got robbed.
I think Dallas wins series as better team playing at home.

I think they cover both games, but will prob. play ML in both (if possible).

ND is a safe bet in my mind.. Too many people on here have the "ACC-is-God" ridiculousness and think any team, just because it plays any sport in the ACC must do well..

I don't really like taking 3 road teams, but USC is on an upswing with Spurrier, and MSU was just plain aweful last year. UTEP has a great QB and Mike Price seems to have them also heading in the right direction, SDSU is under a new head coach, and although they are playing at home, I still think UTEP has the advantage. Northwestern is going to come out fired up after the death of their head coach over the summer and also have one of the best defensive lines in the Big 10. I usually hate 3 way parlays for this much money, but it seems like a pretty safe one to go with to start off the new season.
