I did this machine today that puts you in a surfing position. The platform you stand on moves up and down and you have to bend your knees keeping your upper body in the same position (not moving up or down). My legs felt like jelly after three sets of 30 seconds facing left then right.

hey what are yalls back workouts?
i like deadlift, latpull(some in the front some to the back of my neck)....bent over rows always kick my ass but when i use good form i can feel the muscles being worked(barbell...dumbell i dont feel it as good )...do u use the same amount of weight per set or use more weight and lower reps?

I went to my abs/core class, but it doesn't count since it was easier than usual. So after work tonight I will do a 30 min. interval workout on the treadmill and do my free weight arm workout.

3 hours of kayaking today
bicep workout yesterday:
4 sets standing barbell curls 3 sets on hammer strength bicep (not preacher curl--the elevated one) 3 sets concentration hammer curls
back workout the day before that...
10 pull ups, then 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 pull up pyramid 4 sets t-bar 3 sets lat pulls 3 sets bent-over dumbell rows 3 sets straight-leg deadlift 1 set back extensions
shoulder and tricep workout the day before that-don't remember exactly what we did
chest (and little bit of abs) workout the day before that
3.3 mile run the day before that
leg (and a little bit of abs) workout the day before that...
