zr1 at reed-lallier in fayetteville. its roped off in the service area. they aren't advertising that they have it, rather, they are calling people who they think might be interested in buying it. that being said, if you ask about it they'll take you to see it

^^I saw it at the auto show in NYC last year and thought it looked pretty damn mean.

By "all that chrome" do you mean the Chrome wheels? What else is chrome?

BTW, chrome wheels are a $2000 option. They're not standard (and no way would I get those heavy ass wheels).

[Edited on August 13, 2009 at 3:07 PM. Reason : nothing wrong with polished exhaust tips, & there's no chrome on the side, that's light reflection]

saw an orange R8 today... fucking sweet color for that car, esp because of the large pieces of contrasting black carbon fibre on the sides.

Golovko, it was yesterday on 95 (iirc. could have been 40, I don't remember ) I was escorting my friend who was in a Isuzu Trooper. He gave you guys the "thumbs up" because he's all about those awd 4 bangers. He himself drives a Subaru, but he seriously considered an Evo at one point. I think if money were no issue, he'd own one of each. It's a nice ride you got there buddy

Some women love to drive cars just as much, if not more, than guys. Don't judge a driver by their gender.

ooh haha...ok i remember that. It was on 40. I was coming back from Wilmington and as I was driving past the trooper I saw him stick his hand out the window and gave me the thumbs up but I wasn't sure if that was for me or for the car following behind him haha.

That 951 was at the CMP Porsche track event I went to Saturday. There were 4-5 there, but I mainly recognize that one from the RV towing it There were some nice rides out there, pics to follow later today...

And no more Evos in this thread dammit! Not exotic! That belongs in the TWW sightings thread. Stephen...you've been warned!

Yes, those are electric tire warmers lol.

This car was in pristine shape, but was not there to be tracked.

The flames shooting out the back of this car on engine overun were ridiculous...2-3 feet long easily

Love the wastegate pipes, lol.

Love those 993 Turbos...even if this guy wasn't pushing his car that hard.

I was in Louisville on Sunday to watch my uncle in the Ironman Triathlon. This was parked outside, apparently it belongs to one of the athletes:

I can believe that, though my uncle is not so lucky. There was at least $15 million in bikes in the transition (3,000 athletes at an avg. of $5,000 per bike).
