This game could go either way. It just depends on which team is more motivated. Unfortunately, I think UT's coaching staff has been more focused on recruiting than this game. I think VT takes this one.

First off, I thought UT would lose this game. UT lost to a better team last night. VT is #11 in the country and UT is unranked. That should set the stage right there. The thing that killed UT was depth. After all the season ending injuries added to the already existing lack of talent, UT didn't have the athletes to hang with a good VT team. UT had there chances and couldn't capitolize, plain and simple. UT's over achieving o-line got dominated by a supior VT front seven. I wanted the game to be closer but I'm not surprised by the end result. VT is the better team this year. Give UT a couple more years and we will see where they are then.

GO VOLS!

BTW, the bball team beat Memphis at the FedEx Forum so yesterday wasn't all bad.

game shifted when Moore dropped that pass and they couldnt convert afterwards... all momentum lost and it was downhill from there. Low talent O-line just couldnt come through again.

But the worst (or maybe best?) part is that my GF drank too much and got sick right when we got to our seats... I literally saw the kickoff and then we had to leave

UT picked up Ahmad Dixon and Brandon Willis at the AA game yesterday. Also, Ambles looked really good. Palardy had two kicks blocked but that wasn't his fault.

Also, Crisp looked good for the wolfpack.
