Yep, you always have to have the time zone. I even take it a step further and I make sure to put the times in the same time zone as the person texting.

It was immediate. But i have a problem with Pay Me Now working the first time I click it. So I have to click it a couple times for my balance to go to zero and have it transmitted

I just took the readiness test, lets hope it works out. Oddly, after taking the test, I logged back in to mess around with the categories I would specialize in and it gave me another question. I went ahead an answered it, then it said my test was over and it sent another email saying the test was over. I tried logging in and out just to see what would happen and it had my status as away and said the test was complete. Anyone think this would be a problem?

^ yes you should challenge it. and yes, you can challenge it from your history without waiting for a QC. Your answer isn't a perfect one, but it is good enough for them to reverse. And if they don't reverse it the first time you submit it, then submit it again.

What do we do if we run out of room when answering a question? For example I just had a question about what movies were playing at a certain theatre, but I wasn't able to list them all.

I list as many as I can and then say MORE? at the end. They'll text back if they want more and the next guide can pick up where you left off. Although I never run out of space in the movie category unless they are wanting the time that like every single movie is playing at that theater tonight.

^^ even though it isn't perfect, she should still challenge it. She still stands a good chance of getting it reversed. I still challenge everything, even if the 0% QC rating is legit. Out of 10+ that I have challenged, I have only lost 2. A couple of the ones I won were totally wrong answers. In my opinion, the people at feedback probably get so many of them that they just go through and reverse them without even researching.
