To say that Iran was going to bomb every American city is so far beyond hyperbole its ridiculous.

Is there any pro-war-Iran content out there? Across my Facebook-Instagram-Reddit-Bluesky I only am seeing anti-war content

Find a boomercon on Facebook. My sample, even in the pro-Trump after the Nuclear site strike, is 100% negative. Maybe DailyWire in general?

A super liberal boomer, 100% blue democrat, Army colonel I know is pro Iran war and he hates Trump on everything else.

You're confident that the regime is defeated? DO you think this will imeediately usher in democracy? I feel that it may be too early to make such a bold statement.

^^^ what about the religious fanatics in power in the US who are celebrating their religious fanaticism:

I didn't say the regime has been defeated. But of the religious fanatics who are now dead, THEY have been defeated, and there are many, many Iranians and otherwise who are celebrating it.

I agree. It's too early. but there is more hope today than there has been in many years. I hope it works out for them/us.

I don’t think it’s ok for religious fanatics to be killed by other religious fanatics/a mad king who clearly have no plan whatsoever

I also think it’s especially awful that an entire school filled with children was obliterated by the order of religious fanatics/a mad king

I agree, butI gotta say, it doesn't seem like you do much of that. you come across as being confident your opinionos are the right ones and any opposing ones are wrong and dumb.

that may be because you're not entirely familiar with the information sources I read/watch, why I read/watch them, or what my opinions are.

But you seem to assume (at least on tww) that anyone that doesn't share your opinions are automatically in an echo chamber.

it's not about whether people share my opinions 100% or not. it's more about resistance to other points of view that do not conform to the predominant worldview of their echo chamber.

And I claimed that it seems you are resistant to other points outside of your echo chamber. But you argued that's because I'm not familiar with the "sources" you read and hear. But yet you seem confident in claimin "many of you" on tww are in echo chamber, while you don't know the "sources" they read and hear. (and you've given a pretty good idea of your "sources" with the links and videos you frequently share.)

^I heard that earlier. Makes me wonder a few things...didn't we just hang kurds out to dry in Syria? Doesn't Turkey hate the kurds? Its, like, would they even agree to this at this point? I didn't feel like it was a real viable option

Yeah there are many questions but that’s for the experts to figure out, or possibly a drunk Fox News host using Claude ai

Quote :
" The senior clerics responsible for selecting Iran’s next supreme leader met on Tuesday to deliberate, and the son of the slain former leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, emerged as the clear front-runner, according to Iranian officials familiar with the deliberations.
"

Could be disinformation but allegedly Iran is a week away from overwhelming the interceptor network

Quote :
" Speaking to the press on Monday, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Iran is able to churn out many more offensive weapons than the US and its allies can build interceptors to stop them.

“They are producing, by some estimates, over 100 of these missiles a month. Compare that to the six or seven interceptors that can be built a month,” Rubio said.

“They can build 100 of these a month, not to mention the thousands of one-way attack drones that they also have. They’ve been doing this for a very long time. And by the way, they’ve been doing it under sanctions.”

I mean the US is signaling that they're potentially willing to continue negotiating with the new regime (like we're doing with Venezuela), so why would any Iranian or other resistance trust US support?

apparently the son is leading candidate as new supreme leader. I'm sure he has no hard feelings lol

Quote :
"Mojtaba Khamenei’s wife, Zahra Adel; his mother, Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh, and a son were killed alongside his father in strikes on Saturday, the Iranian government said."

maybe a good thing i guess...will perhaps unify the opposition that already hated current regime

Sounds like they are very focused on freedom and democracy for the Iranian people

Quote :
"The Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) says it has received more than 200 complaints from service members across all branches of the armed forces, including the marines, air force, and space force.
thats 200 complaints since saturday.

One complainant, identified as a noncommissioned officer (NCO) in a unit that could be deployed “at any moment to join” operations against Iran, told MRFF in a complaint viewed by the Guardian that their commander had “urged us to tell our troops that this was ‘all part of God’s divine plan’ and he specifically referenced numerous citations out of the Book of Revelation referring to Armageddon and the imminent return of Jesus Christ”.
“He said that ‘President Trump has been anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth’”, the NCO added.
