with the exception of a saftey theres no way to score less than 3 points so for all intents and purposes you have a tie vs down by 1 versus down by 2 which might as well be the same.

Usually coaches just go by the chart not really overthinking like MO etc.

UNCs DL looks like they're wearing down a little, seems to only be able to get pressure now with blitzes, could open up the RU runners next couple of series. Nice long drive by RU to start the 3rd though, TD to really demoralize the CHEATERS.
