^ & ^^ my point is arrested doesn't mean he was guilty. I've seen far to many innocent people arrested to pass judgment. Maybe he was guilty; maybe the coaches know more, but when they suspended JT I made the same argument that they should look into the facts before making a decision. I wish the shad situation would have been different but it felt like DD needed to let the legal system play out a little more there too.

ehh...i say it's totally fine to suspend a player "indefinitely" after an underage drunk driving charge. if the facts come out and it gets dropped or something, then he can re-join the team. what he did was incredibly stupid and i'm totally fine with the punishment.

dudes on packpride whining because JT Barrett only got suspended a couple games and "stuff like this is why State can never win a national title"...since we suspended a player for drunk driving for more games than Ohio St did

That is the difference between doing what is right and being a teacher of young men and being a sell out to win at all costs. Urban Meyer has already said he would have dismissed Winston after the crab legs incident. I think most people can agree underage drunk driving is a much more serious offense than stealing some crab legs. Time to back up your words Meyer. All you have to do is look back at his days at Florida to know how this was gonna go.
