I think the poor free throw shooting on both sides cancel each other out. We just got manhandled by GT. They dominated the boards despite our team "length". Once again, Copeland was too much of our offense. He does not make his teammates better when he's shooting almost 20 times a game. This team is not good.

I thought these types of losses would stop once we moved on from KK

These types of losses aren’t uncommon for mediocre teams. Which we are. But just makes all the red reckoning talk that much more foolish

Hey, the good news is, this will probably only be a Quad 3 loss for now.

Really no one had a good game today, awful shooting. How many layups did Copeland miss? That was the worst Able has looked since early in the year. I guess everyone got too overconfident after the FSU beatdown.

Yeah, it seemed like they didn't expect GT to play them as tough defensively as they did. Like some of the stuff they were doing to Darrion Williams. That sequence where he got blocked trying to fade away against a double team where the 7 foot guy came over to help was . It also seems odd that we moved away a bit from the lineup mix that seemed so dominating against FSU. Arcenaux and Sagnia's minutes got cut in half (some of Sagnia's might have been due to the head bump though). Even if he had been doing nothing else, Arcenaux came in with his reduced minutes and was ripping down rebounds in a game where we got badly outrebounded. Also, as predicted, we bumped GT up in the NET rankings enough that they are now a Quad 3 loss instead of Quad 4. Ha. I guess we are gonna have to be big Georgia Tech fans going forward.
