it seems dumb.

you spit because you dont like the concept of it being in your mouth i guess, but if you just shove it deep in your throat and swallow immediately you wont taste it anyways, instead of carrying it off in your mouth like a damn squirrel.

I have a huge bag of both...I feel like I should eat them equally (the perfectionist in me), but I kinda feel like maybe I need to eat ALL of one then the other.

this has been a challenge for me too. i'd say make baby goals. like if you run 3x a week for a week you get to eat something you really want but shouldn't. if you run 3x a week for 2 weeks you get to treat yourself to something else (a new shirt? a movie?) OR you could start running w/ a program like team in training that raises money for charity and they put you on a schedule that keeps you pretty motivated. OR find a running meetup group (there are several in raleigh, i believe)
