So, I was getting ready for bed and heard a cat meowing, opened my apartment door and a cat ran in. It is declawed and clean so it's def a pet. It just keeps rubbing on stuff and meowing like crazy. What should I do?

^ you should keep the kitty and try to locate it owner (maybe it has a microchip). put up flyers, etc. if you can't find the owner and you can't keep it yourself, take it to a no-kill rescue group.
