A sophomore at Greenville Rose High School, contemplating what college I wanted to go to, swimming for the Rampant Pride, marching in our dominating band(and winning trophies at every music competition we attended, and winning a national trophy in Toronto, Canada's The International Music Festival, and we were the only NC high-school band there and we won every award except one, and we brought home a Championship trophy, a check for $1,000 and a week of way to much fun in downtown Toronto, Canada...GOD I miss high school....(half of it anyway)....but I am glad it's over

10 yrs ago today ... i bought my first car. i couldn't drive for yet another three months, but a friend of my father's had one to sell and it was a good deal. i paid $1500 for it. i drove it for five years and sold it for $1800. i think i got my money's worth out of it.
