Just to point out to everyone, that I don't do this because I am a pathetic human being.

My dad happens to be permanently disabled, and one of his favorite things to do is going shopping over thanksgiving break. We go and stand in line and enjoy the crowd and the rush, but he can only take standing so long. So when he gets to that point, thankfully the stores we go to pretty much every year, so most of them already know, and we can just politely ask one of the managers.

So YES you CAN get around the lines. I think it would be pretty gay to use those provisions if you weren't actually handicapped, but by God, you sure as hell CAN DO IT. I pointed this out to begin with because Golovko is once again being a cockgobbler thinking he is all high and mighty hot shit when he still works Retail.

This is not even relevant anymore...

But if someone was faking a disability, and then tried to take Best Buy to court for discriminating against their faked disability, they would lose miserably, and become the laughing stock of every lawyer, ever, even the dead ones.

And if it did come to a lawsuit, it would be settled quietly out of court (I bet it happens every now and then, we just don't hear about it).

Also, if the employee was reasonably competent otherwise, I would bet they wouldn't get fired.

On top of that, I know for sure that at some Best Buys, they have special tickets reserved for elderly and people in wheel chairs, that they seek out people in line, and give them the tickets. This way they are guaranteed whatever product they came for. Ordinarily, you wouldn't have to BS your way through line if you legitimately have a disability.

And moron, you totally over-estimate any retail corporation's loyalty to its employees. You cost a company money, you lose your job. Best Buy is the same company that will fire a person for not selling those stupid-ass extended warranties. Everything I said is the fucking truth, and by God, I will be glad to back it up if you think I am lying. Why the fuck would I lie about something like that? I'd give anything in the world for my pops to be able to even walk normally again.
