The Defector was one of my favorites. A Matter of Honnor Was also good because we got sort of an 'inside look' to Klingnon culture (beyond what what we saw in code of honnor ), and where the writers turned the audience away from the old savage & stupid klingnons in favor of a race with its own code of ethics. I also liked Where Silence has Lease, Q who? Data's Day, Cause & Effect, Timescape, Genesis and Night Terrors, as just interesting shows.

Another one I liked a lot was "The Nth Power" where Barclay becomes a super genious.

I have often wondered, once when i was young, i thought i watched an episode where data had emotions for one day, and the episode was like a diary? was there any episode like that?

some of the mix up is prob from the first star trek tng movie

btw I bet most of you dismiss voyager because the characters and acting aren't nearly as good but in terms of writing and creativity their top episodes prob top any other star trek series
