hows the skiing going to be at snowshoe this weekend?

Hmm.. it took us 4.5-5 last year.. We took I-85 to 220 up through Roanoke.. in my experience it's quicker then doing 85 to 77 to 64..

We leave from Charlotte and it takes us about 5 hours, we take 85 to something. I never drive, so I dont know exactly.

I heard Friday it was "meh" and it rained Saturday.

Yea, it rained Saturday until like 3 or so but by night it was snowing and Sunday it snowed all day..

I was only actually on the slopes until like 12 on SAT it was so miserable...

i went skiing friday for the first time in like 10 years. it was fun, can't wait to go again.

^^bah, it wasn't that bad! It stopped raining for good around 12, and if you had weatherproof clothes on it was no problem at all.

That being said, maybe if you'd had a hat of some kind to wear, instead of a headband, and goggles then you would have been better off, LOL.
