I know one thing, I'd sue for a million bucks.

Primarily for 2 reasons:

1) He's perfectly reasonable in sueing this guy. Thus, he'll win.

2) Davis is FARKING RICH. He can afford the million. It probably won't even make it to court. Nigga just cuts a check for a mil and it's over.

a suspension is warranted...if you disagree then you are a fucking moron. i'm not one to say that 5 is more appropriate than 3 or 7, but i do know a suspension is most certainly warranted

my only defense of the dude in the crowd was to the claim that he was "out to make a quick buck", which would suggest he set up this grand scenario just so he could sue antonio davis, which is obviously stupid.

^ I never implied anything about a get rich quick scheme. This just seems like a poor excuse for a lawsuit, especially since there was no physical altercation. I think the suspension is warranted due to precedent and league rules. I just think it's ridiculous to sue someone cause they thought you were drunk.

Davis was definitely justified if he believed his wife was in any danger. I would have done the same thing.

A suspension is still warranted, though. The rule was made, and it should be enforced. That's just part of the price he has to pay to do what he felt was right.

The lawsuit reeks of shadiness, and hopefully his case will be thrown out.

wow I don't support Davis' in this incident after watching the video

his wife was standing in the fan's face while he was just sitting down and calling security

kind of reminds me of that video where that worthless thug almost beat that guy to death cause his wife was arguing with some dude over cutting in line

basically his wife his spraying it all over a fan's face sitting in the stands, I could understand if the fan was standing up and yelling but he's literally just sitting down and trying to get security
