ok well after reading the first post of this thread, honestly the first thing i thought:

if excoriator is mad that we are going back to "carpet bombing/blitzkrieg" style instead of using new technology, then why dont we just build new technology for the "carpet bombing/blitzkrieg" style.

i mean wouldnt that be the logical thing to do?

^ my point was that if we'd been listening to all these fuckin peace-niks, we'd still be limited to blitzkrieg style weaponry and wouldn't have anywhere near the infrastructure necessary to develop such a precise weapon as this laser which is predicted to virtually eliminate all collateral damage.

put down the bong and pay attention to the fuckin thread. we're not discussing the war (I actually oppose the war in iraq), we ARE discussing severe cuts to the defense budget that peace-niks like you want to push through.
