Maryland owned us 4 years straight before our recent past two years. Wake hasn't always been easy. Look at their basketball team last year, and their football team this year and River's last year.

look every time ive gone to chapel hill ive gotten drunk as fuck at parties with cool people and hot girls. i mean i fucking hate their basketball team, but at duke 5 guys went into the bathroom together and "pissed" at the same time. i have a few friends that will agree after both experiences.

Not disputing that they don't get drunk as fuck all the time. I would too if I knew I wasn't going to get a degree that led to a professional career...but. There are more freaks AT carolina than there are STUDENTS at Duke.

I knew far more Duke fans/grads growing up then UNC fans and they were all arrogant cockholes. I knew 1 UNC fan and he was a pretty cool kid. Actually I think is playing minor league ball still.. Ironically I was friends with 2 State fans and only 1 UNC fan.. in Connecticut.. go figure..

im just sayin, if you had to go downtown in durham or chapel hill, and had to choose based on fun, youre gonna go to chapel hill. i mean at least i know i am, downtown at duke was a little bit odd.

Durham really isn't centered around Duke University. Chapel Hill IS the University. I'm also not disputing the downtown social scene. Chapel Hill has nicer clubs/resturaunts and such because otherwise no one would live there. They don't go to school for the education, they go for the social events (per my brother who is at UNC). He knows he's going to have to go to grad school or to the State Department's school to get the job he wants. He's double majoring in History and PWAD (Peace, War and Defense), and he spends more time out to dinner with his friends than he does studying.
